Jessica is the friendly voice and helpful hand behind OG Sports communications. At 28, she brings a vibrant mix of energy, professionalism, and a passion for sports to every interaction. A lifelong athlete with a competitive spirit, Jessica is known for her upbeat personality and quick solutions to keep things running smoothly.
Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, equipping her with the skills to connect with teams, parents, and partners while keeping OG Sports events organized and on brand. Her background in athletics and fitness fuels her understanding of what players, coaches, and families need for a great tournament experience.
Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with registrations, or ensuring the details are perfect before game day, Jessica is dedicated to making sure every OG Sports event is a home run.
Anthony Blake
OG Sports – Scheduling & Registration Coordinator
Anthony is the organizational powerhouse behind OG Sports’ scheduling, the app and the registration system. At 35, he brings over a decade of expertise in managing sports events of every size and format, from season-long leagues with 100–250 teams to intense one-day tournaments, competitive two-day matchups, and high-energy three-day championship events.
Athletic, and deeply passionate about the sports community, Anthony combines his competitive mindset with a meticulous approach to logistics. His 10 years of hands-on experience ensure that every schedule is balanced, every bracket makes sense, and every team knows exactly when and where to play.
Anthony’s role as the lead operator for OG Sports’ Exposure portal means he’s at the center of team registration, team rosters, payment processing, and schedule releases. His attention to detail and commitment to smooth operations help coaches, players, and families focus on the game—not the paperwork.
Whether it’s coordinating hundreds of games in a single weekend or planning a months-long league season, Anthony makes sure the action starts on time and runs like clockwork.
Karen Walling
OG Sports – Onsite Operations Manager
Karen is the heartbeat of OG Sports events, ensuring everything onsite runs seamlessly from the first pitch to the final award. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating an exceptional experience for players, coaches, and families, Karen oversees all aspects of event-day operations.
Her responsibilities include training and scheduling onsite staff, distributing game balls, scorecards, and awards, and ensuring each venue has the resources it needs to succeed. Known for her calm under pressure and hands-on leadership style, Karen works closely with site monitors, umpires, and tournament directors to keep every game on track.
Karen’s dedication to preparation and organization means that when game day arrives, everything is exactly where it needs to be—allowing teams to focus on competing and fans to focus on cheering. She’s not just behind the scenes—she’s the reason the scenes run so smoothly.
