As a Utility Team Member, you’ll be the backbone of our events, ensuring fields run smoothly and participants have an unforgettable experience. Here’s what you’ll do:

🏟 Field & Game Management:

Oversee assigned fields with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Resolve conflicts with grace using strong communication and active listening skills.

Manage game schedules, ensuring all games run on time and officials get proper breaks.

Input live scores using the app and fill out scorecards (recommended the night before).

🎉 Event Execution:

Organize and present awards for championship games, creating a fun and memorable moment for teams.

Set up and maintain fields, including bases and mounds.

🛠 On-Site Operations:

Sell merchandise and concession food to enhance the event experience.

Keep facilities clean and presentable, handling garbage and maintaining a tidy environment.

💲 Position Details:

Type: 1099 Contractor

Pay: $20.00/hour

Requirements: Mobile proficiency for score input, conflict resolution skills, and a customer-first mindset.
